Rates Based on Double Occupancy
Four one-bedroom condominiums located at Sea Place (3 story walk-up), 36th Street, Oceanblock. Approximately 200 ft. to the beach. Featuring: separate bedroom with queen-size bed, one full bath, fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Living room - dining room combo with queen size sofa bed. Private balcony with some ocean view. Two color cable TV's with HBO, Disney and DVD/VCR combo. All units have been beautifully redecorated with your comfort in mind. Fully air conditioned and heated (separate units for bedroom and living room area).
Rented weekly in season - Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. Bed linens provided - weekly maid service only. Check-in time - 4:00pm, check-out time - 11:00am. Pool privileges at The Barefoot Mailman Motel on 35th St. One parking space per unit. No pets in condos. Phone service with free local calls. Maximum four persons per unit. Rented nightly off season.
- Advance deposit required
- Major Credit Card imprint in name of registered guest at Check-in for security and incidentals, otherwise a $300.00 cash security deposit is required.
- A limited number of pet rooms are available. Make your reservations early if you are planning to bring your pet (pet charge - $10 per night).
- Check-out time by 11 am; Check-in time is 3 pm
- Prior arrangements are requested for anticipated late check-ins
- Room charges payable in advance by cash, traveler's check, Visa, Discover Card, MasterCard or American Express. Personal checks accepted for advance deposit only.
- NOTE: Two weeks notice is required for return of deposit on cancellation or on check-outs earlier than originally requested. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for service on advance reservations.
