Rates Based on Double Occupancy
Four privately-owned, one-bedroom condominiums located at Sea Place, a 3-story walk up on 36th Street on the ocean side, approximately 200 feet to the beach. These units feature a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and one full bath, The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The living room and dining room combo has a queen size sofa bed. These units have a private balcony with some ocean view. Two color cable TVs have free HBO and Disney, and a DVD/VCR combo. Telephone service is available with free local calls. Sea Place condos are fully air conditioned and heated, and have been beautifully decorated with your comfort in mind. This building does not have elevator service.
Sea Place Condos are rented weekly in season, from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, and rented nightly off season. Bed linens are provided. Weekly maid service only. Check-in time is 4:00p.m., check-out time is 11:00a.m. Pets are not permitted in Sea Place condo units. One parking space per unit is provided. Maximum of four persons per unit.
These units are now reserved through our sister hotel, The Castle in the Sand Hotel, which is located on 37th Street and the oceanfront. As a guest of Sea Place, you will have access to all of the amenities at The Castle in the Sand Hotel.

- Major Credit Card imprint in name of registered guest at Check-in for security and incidentals, otherwise a $300.00 cash security deposit is required.
- A limited number of pet rooms are available. Make your reservations early if you are planning to bring your pet (pet charge - $10 per night).
- Check-out time by 11 am; Check-in time is 3 pm
- Prior arrangements are requested for anticipated late check-ins
- Room charges payable in advance by cash, traveler's check, Visa, Discover Card, MasterCard or American Express. Personal checks accepted for advance deposit only.
- NOTE: Two weeks notice is required for return of deposit on cancellation or on check-outs earlier than originally requested. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for service on advance reservations.
